Healthy Foods


Nacho Pasta Bake with Bell Pepper, Garlic, Chicken, Green Chiles, Ricotta, and Monterey Jack

Crock Pot Chicken Terriyaki: 1lb chicken (sliced, cubed or however), 1c chicken broth, 1/2c terriyaki or soy sauce, 1/3c brown sugar, 3minced garlic cloves

Penne with Roasted Asparagus and Balsamic Butter

Peace, Love, and Low Carb: Chicken w/ Balsalmic Cream Sauce
balsamic grilled vegetables. I do this all the time in the summer... So delish!
